Junior QA Analyst

Are you a meticulous problem solver with up to 2 years of experience and a passion for ensuring software quality? We are seeking a Junior QA Analyst to join a dynamic team.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional visits to our Birmingham office.

Benefits: Salary £25k-£28k, depending on experience, including other great benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


• Performing Cross-Browser testing


• Testing against established benchmarks


• Reporting and documenting incidents


• Confirmation testing


• Creating and executing detailed test cases


• Engaging in Exploratory testing


• Conducting Regression testing


• Identifying user experience issues, suggesting improvements, and noting inconsistencies


• Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and developers during specification reviews and early testing phases

Essential Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken communication in English


• Strong soft skills in diplomacy, facilitation, and information gathering


• Ability to learn quickly and work independently


• Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills


• Logical and critical thinking abilities


• Awareness and understanding of continuous improvement processes


• Basic understanding of software versioning


• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
