Night Shift Supervisor / Welder

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the night shift operations.


• Set the nightly work schedule and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.


• Supervise and motivate two team members.


• Perform MIG welding tasks to contribute to the completion of projects.


• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.


• Organise and manage your time and workload effectively.


• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role (at least 1 years' experience).


• Proficiency in MIG welding.


• Ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.


• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.


• High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.


• Ability to use initiative and make decisions independently.


• Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Excellent verbal communication skills.
