Industrial Disease Paralegal

Market leading defendant law firm are looking for a driven Industrial Disease Paralegal to join them on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced Partner on complex and high-value disease claims.

You will liaise directly with large scale insurance companies, draft court documents, be involved in negotiations, prepare bundles and analyse evidence.

The team are based out of the firms' modern offices in Bolton with hybrid homeworking available.

This is a part-time opportunity of 21 hours a week.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within industrial disease and a keen desire to progress in this area long-term.
