MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of a state-of-the-art, private hospital in North London for a Head of Clinical Governance, Quality and Risk on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This hospital offers a wide range of elective surgeries including gynaecology, general surgery, orthopaedics and others - ensuring you an engaging caseload.



The role is focused on assisting, leading and the development of governance and compliances.

This role has a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the overall health and stability of an organization.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that a company operates ethically, within legal boundaries, and with minimized risk exposure.

Engaging with individuals within the business is crucial to ensure standards are always met, with this in mind our client is looking for someone open minded with great interpersonal and leadership skills.



Ideal Candidate:

• Clinical Governance experience in current role


• Experience of working in a clinical environment


• Previous Team Management Experience


• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actions


• Able to present data and information in a neat, professional and accessible manner that promotes the reputation of the business


• A motivated self-starter who can work with initiative with minimal direction, able to develop ideas and translate them into workable systems
