International, Legal 500 law firm looking to recruit Corporate Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

About the role

Our client is an award-winning, commercially focused practice who is looking for a someone to join their corporate team.

Operating as part of a strong, hard-working team, your caseload may consist of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and equity capital markets.

They have had continual record years of deals and have a strong pipeline of work into 2023 which means they are looking to recruit an additional solicitor into the team that has ideally 0-4 PQE.

You'll work closely with the associates, senior associates and Partners as part of a team as well as having access to your own matters.

Client contact is something they encourage at all stages of your career and have a strong track record of developing and progressing their lawyers through internally and ensuring they've got the ability to build their own name and network.
