Location: Southport

Integra Education are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic team at a successful Southport-based secondary school.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to students in Years 7-11, helping them to achieve their full potential.

This is a contract for the full academic year, with the opportunity for permanent employment with the school.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Education and Childcare, or equivalent


• Experience working in a secondary school setting (desirable but not essential)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work flexibly and support students with varying needs


• Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing support for students


• Assisting with the management of classrooms and resources


• Developing relationships with students and parents/carers
