We are seeking a Stores Supervisor for a well-established, rapidly growing company located in High Wycombe.

Salary: £27K to £30K

Working Hours: 08:30-16:30, Monday to Friday, with 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively

Responsibilities:

• Act as second-line leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the stores and provide support to the Stores and Goods In Supervisor.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Support the Supervisor in improving and supervising store systems and processes in line with quality procedures.
• Assist in managing supplier consignment stocks.
• Maintain perpetual inventory checks, including consignment stocks.
• Supervise repetitive stock items on the production floor, ensuring efficient stock levels.
• Ensure all work orders are kitted accurately and on time according to production schedules.
• Attend production meetings in the absence of the Stores Supervisor to ensure scheduling plans are understood and followed.
• Ensure all deliveries are booked in accordance with quality procedures.
• Implement best practices in stores management controls.
• Support the Stores Supervisor in leading the stores staff.
• Assist other leadership members with daily requests.
• Promote and maintain an efficient, tidy, and safe working environment.
