Job Title: Fitter

Salary: Up to £32,000 (overtime available)

Location: St Ives

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description:

Recruit Mint is actively seeking a skilled Fitter with expertise in Mig and Tig Welding to join our esteemed client based in St Ives.

The successful candidate will perform routine machine inspections and promptly report any faults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble hydraulic cylinders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Rebuild and test hydraulic cylinders
• Continuously improve processes as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Mig and Tig welding is highly desirable
• Experience in the hydraulic industry is advantageous
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team
