We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join a Complex Care Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team deals with vulnerable adults in the community with complex care needs to help preserve their independence and wellbeing.

Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA's are all key responsibilities.

The team works with a strength-based approach to ensure each care package is tailored to each individual's needs.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience working in an Adult's setting is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will be well versed in community/ neighbourhood work and have experience in a team that deals with safeguarding or long term adult's caseholding.
