Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant
Job Description:
Are you experienced in Oracle Cloud Payroll, providing high quality consultancy to key internal stakeholders on process improvement and system efficiencies?
Our client, a successful financial services business, has an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to join their team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a remote role but there may be the need to travel to one of their offices around the UK on an ad hoc basis (workshops / project meetings, etc)
Skills/Experience:
- Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Experience of full end to end Oracle Cloud implementation.
- Experience designing, implementing, and consulting on Oracle Cloud Payroll in a complex project environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Configuration of Oracle Payroll Cloud modules and support the configuration of other Oracle Cloud applications.
- Lead and evolve existing Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, to make a difference to the colleague experience.
- Understand HR business processes, requirements, and translate these into system solutions.
- Provide consultancy to stakeholders on process improvements and efficiencies that can be realised through Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Responsible for a broad range of activities involving the product development lifecycle, including providing hyper care, and transition to the support team.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and fully engage with Oracle to align with future technologies.
- Process solution design, perform requirements analysis, and advise on resourcing requirements for planning and estimating purposes.
