As A Research and Development Lead You Will:


* Work on the product development side of the business.




* Project definition work.




* Testing product builds.




* Developing new products in line with industry trends

As A Research and Development Lead You Must:


* Understand and have strong knowledge of Electrical power.




* Mechanical and Electrical understanding.




* Finite Element Modelling experience.




* Be based within the UK.
