Private Client Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are working with a reputable law firm based in Skegness, Lincolnshire who are seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their team.

The successful candidate will have strong Wills and Probate experience and will be looking to develop further.

Joining the Private Client department, you will manage and oversee a caseload involving various matters, including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Estate Planning, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax.

You will provide expert legal advice, draft documents, and ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations.

The firm will consider Private Client Fee Earners with at least 5 years' experience in handling a full and varied Private Client caseload.

The firm can offer 2 days home working each week following a successful probation period, and on-site parking at the office.
