Private Client Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working with a reputable law firm based in Skegness, Lincolnshire who are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with Wills and Probate work, managing the entire process from start to finish.

Joining the Private Client department, you will manage and oversee a caseload involving various matters, including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Estate Planning, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax.

You will provide expert legal advice, draft documents, and ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations.

You will also participate in business development initiatives to contribute to the growth of the firm's Private Client practice and assist with the training and supervision of junior team members.

The firm will consider qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Client work, having handled their own Wills and Probate caseload.

The firm can offer 2 days home working each week following a successful probation period, and on-site parking at the office.
