The Job FULLY REMOTE NATIONAL ROLE

My client is a leading global player in high-quality, commercial floor coverings & total solution flooring projects, by creating sustainable solutions for their customers.



They are a forward-thinking company, who have many manufacturing sites both in the UK and Europe.





The Role of the Key Account Manager

You will be taking responsibility for selling their commercial flooring into house builders both in the National and Regional sector, Social Housing and End users.



You will be managing KEY accounts nationwide and looking for projects and new business within the house builders both National and Regionally, Social Housing and End users.



You will be part of a team of 5 strong Key Account Managers, but you will be owning and managing your set of clients within the House Builders Sector.



Driving the sales forward dealing with Architects, Specifiers and contractors.



Your role is key to the development of the house builders sector.



The Role is Nationwide – Ideally living in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, London or surrounding area with easy access to the UK motorways.

The Ideal Person for the Key Accounts Manager

You will have a strong background as a Key Account Manager.



Selling into National and Regional House Builders via architect and specifications.



Social Housing whilst also dealing with contractors.



You will be tendering for business.



Managing accounts whilst also looking for new business.



You will be required to travel throughout the UK.



You will be able to work with bigger teams but also on your own.



You will be free thinking, with a technical background and have the core skill to succeed.
