We are looking for Qualified Social Workers to join an Adults Mental Health team in South Wales.

About the role

The Mental Health team offers secondary care for adults living with dementia and people diagnosed with mental ill health, over the age of 65.

The key responsibilities of this team are to support adults who may need care and support to achieve their own personal outcomes.

The team undertake assessments, plan and commission services to enable adults with care & support needs and support the needs of carers.

As an experienced Social Worker, you will be expected to handle a more complex caseload than the newly qualified and supervise student social workers with coaching and mentoring.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential to be considered for this role.

You will also need UK experience, no visa sponsorship offered.

Previous experience of working within adults' services would be highly desirable but not essential for this role.
