An opportunity has arisen for Solicitor in aCorporate & Commercial department with 3-6 years PQE in a well-established law firm.

Our client provides comprehensive legal services for both individuals and businesses.

What we are looking for:



* Managing a diverse caseload in corporate and commercial law, with opportunities for growth and business development.


* Develop and advise on contracts, tender processes, and franchise agreements.


* Handle employment law issues related to contracts and service agreements.


* Supervise junior team members as needed.


What we are looking for:



* Experience handling a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, tender processes, and franchise agreements.


* Ideally have experience in corporate and commercial work.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Familiarity with employment law, including TUPE Regulations would be preferred.
