About the role

Carrying out food compliance inspections of low, medium and high risk premises to ensure compliance with UK and international standards for food safety, hygiene and sanitation.

Together with the issuing of relevant certification and the delivery of follow up enforcement actions.

Responsibilities

• Qualifications required of the successful applicant are, the Certificate of Registration of the Environmental Health Officers Registration Board, or equivalent.


• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the inspection of food businesses


• Demonstrable compliance with CIEH CPD requirements and the FLCofP competency criteria
