Senior Radiographer
Location Chertsey, Surrey
Salary £44,000 Per Annum
Part-time, Permanent, 30-hours per week

As a Radiographer, you'll provide a safe, efficient, and professional radiographic service, maintaining a high standard of individualised patient care.

You'll participate in service activity within CT and Theatres to maintain a sensitive and courteous approach to patients as well as developing and improving professional expertise via Continual Professional Development (CPD) and be involved in staff education.

We are supporting in the recruitment of a Radiographer who will specialise across multi-modality.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is experienced mainly in CT, Theatres, general radiology and ultrasound.

Training into MRI and/or Mammography can be offered - prior experience in these fields would be an advantage.

Important Information:



  • 3 days per week x 10-hour shifts

  • The role will be working in CT and theatres - Working in the Imaging department, assisting in the ultrasound room, supporting with cardiac patches, a lot of IET work, doing CT as well, Joint injections.

    The days will always be different with a lot of variety.

  • Clinic / cardiac / ultrasounds / Theatres / joint injections

  • Future scope and plans in place for extending the Hospitals services into MRI (Later this year)


Requirements:



  • Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography with a minimum of 1 years post graduate experience.

  • Current State Registration with HCPC.

  • Clinical Experience and technical knowledge of CT would be desirable

  • Theatres and General Radiography experience

  • Ultrasound experience would be desirable
