Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to undisclosed commissions, Motor finance commissions claims, PPI / Plevin Claims, or missold mortgages and loans


• Ability to manage a caseload from inception to conclusion


• Strong litigation experience


• Ability to draft all necessary court documents
