Desirable skills:

• Managing a Real Estate Caseload


• Exposure to straightforward purchases and sales


• Experience supporting on larger, complex, portfolio purchases and sales


• Carrying out title and occupational lease review exercises and preparing/assisting with the preparation of reports/certificates of title


• Assisting with file opening procedures


• Assisting with completion and post-completion registration, forms, filing and client signing / reporting requirements.
