About the Role:
As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be integral to managing and overseeing various Commercial Real Estate transactions.

Your key duties will include handling commercial leases, property acquisitions, property sales, and re-mortgages, along with providing expert legal advice and drafting and reviewing complex legal documentation.

You'll collaborate closely with Corporate & Commercial Law colleagues on the sale and purchase of businesses operating from commercial premises.

Key Job Responsibilities:
, Oversee and manage Commercial Property transactions such as leases, acquisitions, sales, and re-mortgages.
, Draft, review, and amend legal documents ensuring they adhere to current Commercial Property Law and Real Estate Law.
, Utilise case management systems efficiently to support smooth workflow.
, Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering high-quality legal services.

Key Job Requirements:
, Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with specialised experience in Commercial Property.
