Corporate Paralegal

Award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Paralegal to join their Liverpool office.

Operating as part of a strong, hard-working Corporate Healthcare team, your day-to-day duties as a Paralegal may include:

• Handling your own corporate caseload and assisting partners with their high-value matters


• Filling and handing documentation


• Handling dental and pharmaceutical sales and purchases for a wide variety of clients

This will be on behalf of a wide variety of clients which include corporations, businesses, and entrepreneurs, to help them navigate complex legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience within Corporate law, is ambitious with their long-term career goals, has a passion for working in Healthcare and can work well as part of a team.
