As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload of matters such as:

• Claims for disrepair


• Lease renewals


• Restrictive covenants


• Landlord & Tenant disputes, working with commercial landlords on business to business transactions


• Real Estate Agreement disputes


• Property Finance disputes


• Land and boundary disputes


• Re-possessions

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 5+ years' PQE within Property Litigation law, is able to work well under pressure, is driven and ambitious with their long-term career goals.
