Assistant General Manager benefits:

• A salary of £50,000 – working a steady 48 hours.

• Working 5 pays per week, 7 shifts.

• 7-day operation with around – 20/30 for lunch, 40/130 for dinner.
• Front of house team of 20

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• The position calls for an AGM who possesses exceptional attention to detail, remarkable finesse, and a hands-on leadership style.
• An AGM with proven leadership qualities, capable or training and developing junior members within the team.
• Strong business acumen - understanding of P&L, health and safety and general governance.
