Our client, a leading provider of data and information services to the automotive industry, is part of a global organisation with a history of success in the automotive aftermarket.

The Sales Manager role is within their European operation, located in state-of-the-art headquarters in Cologne.

As a Sales Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of around 10 inside sales professionals, operating in a fast-paced sales environment, developing strategy and driving success.

Salary: circa €70-75k basic + bonus, OTE around €100k

What you'll need:



  • Proficiency in German and English is essential for this role.

  • Proven success in leading a direct sales team within a B2B environment.

  • The ability to utilise data and insights to create strategies and new initiatives.

  • Able to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels and influence them.

  • You should feel comfortable navigating a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.


What you'll be doing:



  • Provide guidance and leadership to the internal sales team in Cologne.

  • Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Develop a strategy for inside sales and encourage excellence.

  • Monitor call quality and continuous improvement.

  • Generate reports and forecasts for the senior management team.

  • Keep up to date with competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
