We are looking for a Director of Guest Relations to join Dublin's leading 5

* Hotel in the heart of Dublin City.

As the Director of Guest Relations, you will be the heartbeat of every guest's experience all whilst ensuring every element of their stay or visit is executed seamlessly.

You will have the opportunity to be creative and imaginative in meeting their every need and adding surprises and special touches to create a memorable experience throughout their stay.

Working within the Senior Management Team, it will be upon you to ensure each, and every element of the guest stay both from a front of house perspective but also a back of house perspective is of the highest standard.
