Support worker required for bespoke Domiciliary company based in Cheltenham. 

Due to continued, organic growth they are looking to add a passionate, driven Support Worker to there team. 

You will be part of a small team where there is an inclusive, positive workplace culture and career progression.

There are both full-time and part-time hours available.

You will be compassionate, respectful, and possesses excellent communication skills.

You don’t need to have a background in care, as high-quality training will be provided, but you do need to have an understanding of what care entails, and have a positive attitude towards our values and the aspirations of those you will be supporting.
