ASSISTANT MANAGER £42,000 ROOFTOP BAR  

CENTRAL LONDON 

We are looking for an experienced Assistant l Manager to work alongside the General Manager at one of London’s leading multifaceted venues with a big focus on cocktails, events, great food and better times.

The venue is in central London and is open 7 days a week hosting a selection of themed evenings throughout the week in their dedicated events spaces including a rooftop cinema! There are multiple bars and a dedicated onsite kitchen providing delicious meals to revellers.

General Requirements: 

• Two years’ experience as a Assistant Manager in a fast paced wet and dry led environment  

• Full understanding of P&L and financial management  

• Highly capable of event and project management  

• Have a strong understanding of pre-booked sales and be able to work alongside the sales team to maximise opportunity  

• Experience managing teams of 30+  

• A strategic thinker who can work independently  

• Not afraid of hard work and leading by example  

• Competent and confident in understanding and adhering to the premises license and its conditions  

This role will require you to work varied hospitality hours, the venue is open 7 days a week and will require you to work on weekends and evenings as well.
