Senior Construction Estimator

GPW Recruitment are actively seeking a Senior Construction Estimator on behalf of a dynamic, rapidly growing construction company based in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender preperation, including drawings and technical documents


• preparing accurate and detailed estimates


• Arranging subcontract and supplier packages, liasing with the subcontractor to clarify queries and requirements


• Organising and conducting site visits


• Cost evaluation


• Pricing reviews


• Transferring projects to the construction team for execution

Our client are offering a generous salary of £60,000-£70,000 + Car allowance, 33 days holiday, Hybrid working (1 day in the office), healthy work life balance, and an annual performance bonus.
