Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end solutions across underwriting, claims management, or technical accounting.


• Act as a liaison between business and IT, supporting clients through digital transformations in reinsurance.


• Participate actively in customer projects, ensuring objectives are met.


• Independently gather and analyse customer requirements, providing insightful assessments for informed decision-making.


• Refine and optimise business and/or IT processes to optimise efficiency and quality.


• Conduct thorough test engineering, analysis, and design to ensure high-quality implementation of solutions.


• Customise solutions to meet specific customer needs or support the modernisation and introduction of new reinsurance solutions, from initial analysis to process engineering.


• Create presentations and reports and deliver training sessions to clients.

Key Attributes:

• Advanced knowledge of RV accounting processes and inventory management systems.


• Strong technical aptitude and robust analytical skills.


• A client-focused approach and strong intellectual capabilities.


• Fluency in German and a solid command of English.


• Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the evolving landscape and challenges of the reinsurance industry.


• Completion of commercial training or business studies, ideally with a focus on financial services.


• 4-6 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, specialising in underwriting, claims management, or technical accounting, along with basic knowledge of portfolio management.


• Alternatively, experience in (internal) consultancy, with skills in requirements engineering, business analysis, and test engineering.
