As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, you will be working across a mixed caseload of multi-track claims for motor, EL/PL and indemnity matters.

Your other day-to-day duties may include:

• Being the point of contact for incoming client queries and providing ongoing legal advice.


• Analysing liability evidence and identifying gaps.


• Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements.


• Corresponding with clients and third parties throughout the process.


• Drafting pleadings, applications and legal documentation.


• Instructing counsel and attending conferences.


• Preparing cases for trial.


• Negotiating settlement.

The successful candidate for this Catastrophic Injury Solicitor will ideally have 5+ years PQE, is able to work well under pressure and is looking to develop a long-term, successful career as well as contribute to the overall growth and reputation of a leading legal practice.
