NQ Commercial/Sports Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a leading law firm with offices in the heart of Harrogate, are looking to recruit a solicitor into their Commercial/Sports litigation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of Commercial Litigation, Sports Law and Insolvency.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of commercial litigation matters to include commercial disputes, professional negligence, landlord and tenant, shareholder disputes, property and construction in addition to insolvency work.


• Working on behalf of well-known football teams, the premier league and the football association on a caseload of sports law matters related to teams and individuals.


• Working with a varied client base consisting of insurers, insolvency practitioners, charities, the premier league, well known football teams, professional players and national and international corporate businesses.

Requirements:

• NQ Solicitor ideally with at least a seat within a commercial litigation environment.


• Local to Harrogate ideally or willing to be in the office frequently.
