Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant required to support in a SEN school based in Cranleigh.
The school sits on 22 acres of land alongside 2 residential homes.
Must be able to drive to the service due to rural location.
This is a Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
About the role:
You will be working in a school in Cranleigh supporting young people from ages 5-19 with complex and severe learning difficulties.
This school is on site with 2 residential homes where some of the children reside.
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.
You must have a driving licence and your own vehicle as it is a rural location.
Pay starting from £11.50 per hour PAYE and £15.22 per hour Umbrella
Requirements for you as the Teaching Assistant:
- Experience in Support Work or SEN
- Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
- Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
- Be able to travel to Cranleigh in your own vehicle.
Shift Times:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:30-15:30
- Term time only
