Team Leader required to support a brand-new children's home in Michinhampton, Gloucestershire.

Contract: Temp to Perm 37.5 hours per week

You must have Right to Work in the UK.

About the role:

As a Team Leader you will be working in a new home opening to support a young male with complex needs.

You will be working as part of a small team of RSW and Team Leaders to support 4:1.

About you:

A successful candidate will have experience as a Senior/ Team Leader in a Residential Childcare Setting.

You must have experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Being outgoing and having hobbies to share with the young people is a bonus!

Pay starts from £16.12 per hour PAYE and £19.89 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a Team Leader:

• Experience in Support Work working with Children / Young people with complex needs in a residential setting.
  
  

• Confident in working independently and being proactive.
  
  

• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills.
  
  

• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service. 

Shift Times for you as a Team Leader:

• 3 days on 3 days off

• 8:00-22:00 shifts

• Weekend work applicable
