A highly successful group of independent Opticians are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician Manager at their Hornchurch, East London practice.

Dispensing Optician Manager- Role

• Lead a team of 4-5 people


• Create a professional yet enjoyable working environment


• Training and developing the team


• Dealing with complex patient queries


• Prioritise workloads and rota management


• Ensure the day to day operations runs smoothly


• Working 5 days a week including a Sat


• Typical working hours from 9am to 5.30pm


• Salary up to £40,000 DOE

Dispensing Optician Manager - Requirements

• Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC


• Management or supervisory experience would be an advantage
