Plumbing and Drainage, Maintenance Engineer

My client is looking for an experienced Plumbing and Drainage Maintenance Engineer who are looking to take the next step in your career.

They are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team, servicing private clients, housing associations, large office developments, and various public sector projects across Central London.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year (DOE)

About the Role
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will oversee and execute a range of plumbing and drainage projects.

You'll be responsible for repairs, installations, and comprehensive surveys of both internal and external drainage systems.

This role requires flexibility, as you will attend multiple sites across London, working independently or collaboratively with team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal and external plumbing and drainage works/systems maintenance
Perform drainage surveying, high-pressure jetting, and lining
Carry out installation works for both drainage and plumbing systems
Provide general plumbing services
Execute pre-planned maintenance tasks
Adapt to flexible working hours, including one Saturday per month on a rota basis
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in plumbing and drainage maintenance
Licenses: Full valid driving license
Certifications: CSCS card holder

Skills:
Expertise in internal and external plumbing and drainage systems
Proficient in drainage surveying and high-pressure jetting
Strong installation and general plumbing capabilities
Ability to manage and complete maintenance projects efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
