Newly Qualified Planning Solicitor

Specialist, national law firm looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Planning Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting new role within a highly reputable law firm and are looking for someone who can join their Highways/Planning team to work on projects for a wide client base including:

• Local Government


• Charities


• Social Businesses


• Faith Communities


• Social Housing providers

Within this Planning Solicitor position, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Dealing with highway and infrastructure agreements


• Instructing Counsel


• Dealing with advice notes and supporting the wider members of the team


• Working on a caseload of planning matters affecting regeneration projects


• Conducting legal research


• Assisting with the teams; wider learning and development


• Building and maintaining a loyal client network

The successful candidate for this Planning Solicitor role will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience within Planning law at a Paralegal level or has completed a seat of Planning law in their Training Contract.
