Position Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Salary: €100,000 - €150,000 gross per annum
Location: Milan, Italy

This prestigious and luxury hotel is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, innovative offerings, and top-tier service.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Italian and international cuisine, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and compliance with health regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, optimize profitability, and set competitive pricing strategies.
• Design unique dining experiences, address guest feedback, and collaborate on promotions and events.
• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance.
• Work with the culinary team to create innovative, high-quality menus.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring premium product sourcing.

This is you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5-7 years in F&B management, with 3 years in luxury hotels or fine dining.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, customer service excellence, fluency in Italian and English.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of Milan’s culinary scene.
