They are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to lead their venue hire sales team.

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity, offering exposure to everything from full-scale takeovers to more intimate events.

You will be a real people person, full of new and innovative ideas and always thinking outside the box.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business, working closely with directors to ensure a seamless journey for all customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales team to ensure the venues exceed monthly and annual targets
• Taking the lead on higher spend and more complex event enquiries
• Monitor sales performance, analysing the current market and competitor venues
• Identify new opportunities to target using proactive sales and marketing initiatives
• Diary and yield management to maximise sales and profit at all opportunities
• Preparing of monthly and weekly reports and financial forecasting, and feedback reports
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and other promotional activities
• Develop a sales strategy which both retains clients and develops new business relationships
