Location: Nottingham

Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Description:

Are you a skilled Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in mechanics? We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at a leading packaging company in Nottingham.

As a Multi-Skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our machines operate at peak efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include managing all levels of breakdowns and implementing planned maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on the production machinery to ensure optimal performance.


• Manage both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.


• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.


• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

Requirements:

• Strong Electrical Engineering background in a manufacturing environment.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Ideally, hold the 18th Edition Qualification or be time-served with equivalent experience.


• A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
