Job Title: Spa Manager

This prestigious luxury hotel in Milan, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences is seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Manager to oversee our world-class spa, offering a serene escape in the heart of the city.

The ideal candidate needs to have previous experience in a similar position and have strong administration and finance skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a luxurious and seamless guest experience.
• Lead and develop a team of therapists and staff, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Ensure each guest receives personalized care, enhancing their overall spa experience.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality in all spa areas.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote spa services, attract guests, and drive revenue.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in spa management, in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage financial performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
