AML Compliance Manager

Legal 500 ranked firm are looking to recruit an AML Compliance Manager to join their Manchester offices.

Within this AML Compliance Manager role, you will be joining a team to support Fee Earning departments through dealing with escalated queries and training, manage AML policies and procedures and ensuring compliance across the firm.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Maintaining the law firms wide risk assessments


• Assisting Fee Earners in complex client due diligence onboarding for new clients


• Providing general compliance support in AML to risk and compliance team members


• Preparing and delivering AML training


• Enhancing AML policies, processes and systems


• Reviewing samples of clients and matter risk assessments, identifying gaps in knowledge

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in an AML/Compliance role within a law firm, is able to work well under pressure and is extremely commercially aware.
