Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is currently working with a valued law firm based in West Yorkshire.

They are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Solicitor to join their Leeds office.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients on property transactions, including conveyancing, property purchases, sales, and leases.


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property sales, purchases, and leases.


• Handle the legal aspects of property transfers, ensuring that contracts are legally sound and that all required searches (title deeds, land registry) are conducted.


• Represent clients in property disputes, such as boundary issues, landlord-tenant disputes, and planning matters.

About you:

• Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and the legal framework surrounding property transactions.


• Clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners.


• 3 - 5 years PQE in Property Law.
