Winsearch UK is currently working with a large manufacturing business to appoint a Customer Service Advisor, on a permanent, full-time basis.

The purpose of this role will be to support customers in their after-care journey, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

• Cross department liaison (FIMs, Factory, Purchasing) to gain resolutions of customer issues
• Client liaison to assist with requirements and appointment bookings
• Schedule remedial appointments
• Record updates from external teams onto in-house system
• Work alongside factory team to ensure that changes/updates are actioned
• Follow up on factory shortage reports and action as required
• Liaise with fitters & polishers regarding their availability
• Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person
• To adhere to the departmental procedures as advise

  Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in a scheduling team/dept would be advantageous
• Experience of dealing effectively with complaints on the telephone and in writing
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Confident telephone manner
• Clean and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to take on/learn new skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Must be able to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Excellent IT skills
