Job Description:

Integra Education are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to join a team of early years professionals at one of our partner nursery settings.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years


• Develop and implement nursery policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards


• Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted requirements


• Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and sharing ideas for their child's development

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)


• Proven experience in a nursery management role is desirable, but deputy experience will be considered


• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends


• Strong organisational, safeguarding and time management skills


• First Aid qualification (desirable)
