Science Teacher

Location: Wirral

Duration: Ongoing, with the potential of a permanent contract

Integra Education are working closely with an alternative provision school on the Wirral who are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dedicated team for the 2024/25 academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, as well as contributing to the development of the Science curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Science to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, including GCSE and A-level classes


• Develop and deliver engaging and innovative lesson plans that meet the needs of all students


• Assess, record, and report on student progress, using data to inform teaching and improve outcomes


• Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum, ensuring that it is relevant, challenging, and engaging for all students

Requirements:

• QTS (or equivalent), and a science or related subject degree


• A strong understanding of the science curriculum and pedagogy


• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of our science curriculum


• Passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best
