CNC Machine Tools Technical Support Engineer office based in Warwickshire

Client

My client are the largest CNC Machine Tools Manufactures in the world with offices in the USA, Europe and Asia.



An excellent opportunity has arisen within Warwickshire area for an Experienced CNC Machine Tools Technical Support Engineer.




Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers via phone and email to diagnose probable cause of machine issues, and solving problems when possible.
Booking our engineer visits and identifying where parts may also be required.
Logging all communications via our Dynamics 365 platform
Ensuring strict compliance with our internal health and safety protocols and procedures.
Reviewing engineer reports and sharing information within Mills in line with our Quality Processes.



Qualifications/ Experience:

Ideally ONC/HND/HNC Electrical/Electronic
City & Guilds
Either Electrical or Mechanically bias but willing to train in the opposite.



You must have a history within a Field Service Engineer Capacity in the CNC Machine Tools Industry to apply for this position

My client are paying an excellent salary and package, Basic salary of £35,000
