Practice Administrator

Job Title: Dental Practice Administrator Location: Leicester, LE1 Position Type: Full-time Hourly Rate: £14 per hour We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team.

As a Dental Practice Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the practice, working under the guidance of our Operations Manager and the wider management team.

Responsibilities: - Rota Management: Develop and maintain efficient staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage for patient care.

- Payroll Processing: Provide payroll hours accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, for our payroll department to manage.

Assocatie payments will be dealt with by in house Finance lead.

- Compliance Portal Updates: Keep the compliance portal up-to-date with the latest information and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

- Team Support: Address the day-to-day needs of the dental team, providing support and assistance as required.

- Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team including an Operations Manager, IT expert, social media lead, and finance assistant to ensure smooth overall practice operations.

- Support from Operations Manager: Receive guidance and support from the Operations Manager for various tasks, including complaints management.

- Technology Assistance: Coordinate with the in house IT expert to resolve any technical issues that may arise in the practice.

- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the social media lead to support advertising and marketing initiatives for the practice.

- Financial Oversight: While not directly responsible for financial aspects, ensure day-to-day running aligns with financial goals set by the finance assistant.

- On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in on-call duties (paid separately) to address any urgent matters that may arise outside regular working hours.

Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Head Nurse or Assistant Practice Manager in a dental setting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with compliance regulations in the dental industry.

- Proficiency in using relevant software for rota management, payroll processing, and compliance tracking.

- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.

Working Hours: - 40 hours per week, with additional on-call responsibilities
