About the Role:


As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead the sales strategy for your region, driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing sales team.

This role requires SaaS sales expertise, market penetration skills, and the ability to consistently exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with business goals.

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Explore new market opportunities and expand the customer base.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and prospects.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to drive growth.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to improve sales performance.

  • Manage CRM data integrity and sales forecasts.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.


What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in senior SaaS sales roles.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS models, sales cycles, and industry trends.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM management skills.

  • Maritime or Shipping industry knowledge is highly desirable.

  • Passionate, adaptable, and results-driven.
