The Purpose

Reporting to the Management Accountant (MA), the Assistant Management Accountant will assist in daily, weekly, monthly, annual, budgeting and forecasting of the management Information needs of the business.

The role will work with the MA to ensure that all external and internal reporting deadlines are met.

The Candidate

·        Maths and English to GCSE Level 3 or Above

·        Ability to use Excel with knowledge of V Lookups and Pivot Tablets.

·        Previous experience within a buys finance team.

·        General Ledger and Balance sheet reconciliations.

·        Understand the business' needs and priorities, prioritising daily workload accordingly.

·        Excellent numerical skills

The Role

·        Assist the Management Accountant to achieve the month end deadlines, forecasts and Budgets

·        Complete weekly and monthly gross margin reporting and bonus reporting

·        Ensure compliance with HMRC and pension regulatory requirements

·        Prepare, under the guidance of the MA, Month end accounts for 1 of the 3 Proman UK

Companies

·        Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable pillars as required
